The project is actively involved in the organisation of scientific events for students and researchers. Here is a list of such events organised in the past:
- The academic part of our summer 2024 was intense!
- In mid-July we rocked our First Ērān Tūrān Hrōm Forum at the University of Lille! The Forum, convened by Ekaterina Nechaeva and Khodadad Rezakhani, was a huge success.
- In early July 2024 we actively participated in the Leeds International Medieval Congress 2024. The EX-PATRIA sponsored and organised the session: Educational Networks of the Late Antique Borderland: Armenia between Rome and Iran through Political and Military Crises. We also presented some of our results within the Connecting Late Antiquity organised session: Connecting Late Antiquities, I: The Cultural and Linguistic Frontiers of Late Antique Prosopographies.
- First International Autumn School of the EX-PATRIA Project “Ad limina orientis. Oriental Christianities on the Silk Roads during the Long Late Antiquity. Languages, Texts, Objects, Images” (31st of October – 6th of November 2022).
- The EX-PATRIA Project sponsored two highly successful sessions “The Edge of Traitors” at the 24th International Congress of Byzantine Studies, Venice, Padua. Conveners: Ekaterina Nechaeva & Leif Inge Ree Petersen
- The HALMA seminar on Constantinople in Late Antiquity
- Summer school on prosopography (organised in collaboration with Dominic Moreau and the DANUBIUS project)
